Group Study Rooms

Group study rooms are intended for Cypress College students working on course-related assignments in groups of 2 or more.

• You will need your Cypress College student ID number and MyGateway Password to reseve a room.
• You may reserve a room up to one week in advance.
• You may reserve one study room session (maximum of 3 hours) per day. Rooms may already be reserved, even if empty. To ensure the room is available for you to use, we recommend going online and making a reservation.
• A maximum of three reservations per week is allowed (up to 3 hours each and not on the same day).

How to reserve a group study room

1. Select the time you would like to begin by clicking in the available solid green available slots.
2. Select your ending time from the pull-down menu.
3. Submit times.
4. Enter in your MyGateway information.
5. You will see the terms and conditions to which you will agree by selection Continue.
6. You will be asked for a public display name for the room, and how many people you will have.
7. That's it! You will receive a confirmation email.
